1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Products

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is not functioning as intended on arrival
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Supporting proof such as unboxing video or images is provided

b. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product:

  • The product must remain unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories must be intact

c. Non-Returnable Items

Once approved:

  • We will arrange product pickup, or
  • Request you to ship the product to our designated service location

After inspection, we will process the refund or replacement.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on payment gateway/bank

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are refundable only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered by us

5. Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement if:

If the product is not available:
